You will receive an email with your reservation. If you decide to cancel, please let us know in advance by email (at least 24 hours). There are costs associated with no-show reservations (time and expense).
Yes, we consider it mandatory to verify the authenticity of the reservation and speed up the delivery process (multiple customers at the same time).

One of our representatives (T-shirt: ‘Williams Car Rental’) will pick you up at the ‘P0’ car park, arrivals terminal. When you leave the terminal, simply cross the street and you will find the ‘P0’ car park. Our cars are clearly marked (‘WILLIAMS CAR RENTAL’). We will drive you from the terminal from the ‘P0’ car park to the ‘P6’ car park, where your car rental will be processed.
- At Park ‘P6’ from 8:30 a.m. to 6:29 p.m. One of our employees will be waiting and will receive the car. We can then drop you off at the airport/departures terminal.
- At Park ‘P6’ from 6:31 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Keybox - No extra charge). You will leave the car in this car park using the KEYBOX system! If there is a change in the return time to later (last minute), you must go to the airport by 6:00 p.m. to request an update of the time on the rental agreement and a change of the car park access card (8:00 p.m.-8:29 a.m. / +€25).
You must provide us with your telephone number and flight number. This can be very useful for monitoring your flight before departure. Otherwise, reservations will not be valid or confirmed. Even if you are already staying in Madeira and request the car at the airport a day or days later, you must enter your flight number and telephone number so that we can contact you or track your flight online. This allows us to anticipate any problems that may arise when you pick up the car (flight problems, delays, diversions).
Given that there are sometimes weather problems at Madeira airport, we can deliver the car to Funchal/Marina. If your flight is diverted to another island (Porto Santo) and you are traveling by boat from Porto Santo to Funchal, please inform us by email/phone/SMS. If there is a new flight rescheduling, you should preferably inform us via WhatsApp and thus stay in contact.

What is not included in the rental price?
Fines, violations, and towing for violations or non-payment of parking fees
The customer is responsible for any charges and fines for speeding, parking, or traffic violations! The rental company will not provide a replacement vehicle, nor will it assist in resolving a problem with a towed or blocked vehicle.
Fee for ‘Out of Zone’ rentals

The rental company will provide an employee. Advance notice is required for this service and a fee may be charged to cover additional working hours.
Cleaning fee
The rental company will charge a cleaning fee if more thorough cleaning is required at the end of the rental period.

Up to 3 days before the start of the rental, a cancellation fee of €10 will be charged (reservations by bank transfer).
Less than 3 days, the equivalent of 1 day's rental + a cancellation fee of €10 will be charged (reservations by bank transfer).
REFUNDS FOR INSUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION
In case of insufficient documentation (valid driver's license or passport) and a valid credit card, unable to guarantee the deposit/excess/security deposit (CDW and EX-CDW Insurance Option), the equivalent of 1 day's rental + €10 cancellation fee will be charged (reservations by bank transfer).
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE RESERVATION CHANGES
If the change involves a reduction in the number of days, there will be no refund.
